What should I do if I have multiple accounts?

If you have more than one player account, please email support@tagup.com with the name, email address, and team associated with each account. We will transfer all purchases to the correct account, delete the unnecessary account, and ensure your account is linked to the correct roster.

If you have more than one team account, please email support@tagup.com with the team name and email address for each account. We will transfer all purchases to the correct account, delete the duplicate account, and make sure the correct roster is displayed.
